Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5-6 working days. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or national holidays.

Please note orders placed after 3.00 pm will be sent the day after.

Due to increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional times when longer delivery times occur.

All deliveries are shipped via the DTDC Express Service.

Returns Procedure and Policy

Should you wish to return your purchase, please ensure your items meet the following conditions:

Are returned within 7 days of delivery

Are in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

Are returned with all original tags and packaging attached

Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued back to youroriginal payment method within 30 days of receiving your return. You will be emailed a refund confirmation once your refund is processed.

International Customers:

The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure that their location’s Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to their country and what duties or tariffs they may have to pay upon their orders delivery.

Please follow the below steps when returning your purchase internationally:

Fill in the Returns Form and include in parcel

Organize your return to the below address. Please be sure to send via a trusted courier as we do not insure against loss.

IMPORTANT: The return label must be marked as a “Return of Goods” for any customs documentation.
